Box-type application
The S fully automatic cartoning machine with internal tray is a horizontal continuous motion cartoner, widely suitable for the cartoning of fine packaging products such as cosmetics and daily necessities. It can automatically perform visual inspections, tray insertion, carton picking and forming, product loading into cartons, sealing of both ends of the cartons, rejection of cartons lacking products or materials, and output of finished products.
Features of the equipment

2. The pallet-with and pallet-without mode can be switched according to customer requirements.
3. Use PLC programmable control systems, human-machine interface display devices to show operation status, faults, alarms, and finished product counts.
6. Can add automatic feeding, automatic bottom support, operation manual, and print serial numbers for characters.
7. Optional hot melt adhesive machine can be selected according to customer requirements, using hot melt adhesive spray glue sealing box and machine brush glue sealing box.
